inspired by morning porch
after hours, sunlight and shadow,
ferns, pink roses and white daisies.
a smiling crescent of blue flowers and violets.
i walk among the ankles of the trees.
a stream winds slowly under Monet's bridge
amber tea on a warm day.
the garden waits.
