lush


leaves like platters,
thick stem, sticky, thigh high,
green over yellow flowers,

pumpkins meet striped rockmelon leaves across the path

for dverse

Graphic description--Like the leaves like platters and I can smell the pumpkin vines and see them intertwining with the rockmelons.
